Team Tynings 2 – Staple Hill 0

Team Tynings played in a friendly match against Staple Hill on Tuesday 15th March, and put on a fantastic show! Goals from Theo and Daniel in year 6 saw us win 2 Р0; a great achievement. Special mention to the year 4 new recruits who played brilliantly as part of a year 5/6 team and against a year 5/6 only team. Everyone should be very proud of themselves for their achievements!

Team Tynings 6 – Barley Close 4 – TEAM TYNINGS FIRST WIN OF THE SEASON
Team Tynings put a mammoth effort into their football match against Barley Close on Tuesday after school, winning their first game this season 6-4!
After going 2-0 down in the first five minutes, the team kept their heads up and battled on to go in at half time the leaders, with 3 goals to 2, and gained three more in the second half. Despite the rain, all the pupils gave a massive team performance and should be very proud of their efforts.

Staple Hill 3 – Team Tynings 1

A team shot from last nights game at Staple Hill. A 3-1 loss but an incredible effort from all involved, a great goal from Theo and praise from the head for their “competitive but in the right way” attitude, along with “I wish every school was like this!” So proud of all of them and to be involved.
